    I teach and work at Taiga. I started out as a student and couldn't get enough. I learned something new about yoga and about myself at each class I attended. Then I joined the Karma Yoga program, helping out around the studio. I felt inspired by space and by the studio's owner, Judith McNicol, whose intuitive sense of design and space has created a yoga oasis below the harsh Yellowknife streets. Now working and teaching at Taiga, I feel supported and valued by all in the Taiga community. #proudyogi

    Taiga teachers and staff are attentive, welcoming, and amazing and I have never been disappointed with a class. I love the variety of classes and workshops offered. The space is beautiful, calming, and a great place to wind down. Taiga is by far the best studio in town!
